录像申请 Recording Request

录像申请已搬进思高乐 APP

录像申请方式已全面升级：现在请直接在思高乐 APP 内申请，无需再填写网页表格。在 APP 内申请可以自动关联您的课程和学生信息，处理更快，也能随时查看申请进度。

申请步骤：

1. 打开思高乐 APP，进入底部”我的课程“页面。
2. 点开需要录像的课程。
3. 点击”缺课？申请课程录像“按钮。
4. 选择学生、确认课程日期并提交。

申请将在 24 小时内处理；如提前申请，录像会在该节课结束后 24 小时内发送。每位学生每学期通常可申请 3 次录像，如有特殊情况需要更多，请先通过 APP 消息与我们沟通。

Recording requests have moved into the app

The web form has been retired. Please request lesson recordings directly in the Exploring Scholar app: requests are automatically linked to your course and student, processed faster, and you can check the status anytime.

How to request a recording:

1. Open the Exploring Scholar app and go to the My Courses tab at the bottom.
2. Open the course you need a recording for.
3. Tap “Missed a class? Request a recording“.
4. Choose the student, confirm the lesson date, and submit.

Requests are processed within 24 hours; if you request in advance, the recording is sent within 24 hours after the lesson ends. Each student can typically request 3 recordings per semester. If your family needs more, please message us through the app first.
