With the school:

Your direct point of contact will be Danny or Clara, depending on your subject. Both can be reached via text/call at 416-306-2066, or via info@exploringscholar.com. These will also be your emergency contact during class hours.
When at our facility, any housekeeping related issues can be raised with our front desk staff. Any other questions, such as questions related to teaching, please contact Danny or Clara with the information above.
We encourage all teachers to ask questions, big or small.
As a teacher-managed facility, we welcome ideas from all our colleagues. Our common goal is to create the best enrichment programs for all students.

With students:

All communications with students should be done via Google Classroom.
Discussions about course materials are not only allowed but encouraged. All other discussions are not allowed. Any discussions regarding scheduling, availability, payment, salary, personal and family matters are strictly prohibited. All scheduling requests from students, including scheduling of private sessions outside of normal classes must be directed to Exploring Scholar.
Communication in any form with the students after the end of a course is prohibited.

With parents:

Exploring Scholar will frequently provide feedbacks to student parents based on several factors, such as your After Class reports, and students’ performances on their homework (Google Classroom marks and comments). Periodic feedback forms will also be provided for longer semesters.
Exploring Scholar is the only contact point for the parents. Direct contact with the parents is prohibited. This applies to before, during, and after your course has ended.
