APP Account Deletion Request

This page explains how to delete your Exploring Scholar app account and the data connected to it. You can delete your account yourself inside the App, or ask us to delete it for you if you no longer have the App installed.

Option 1: Delete in the App

If you still have the App, this is the fastest way:

  1. Open the Exploring Scholar app and sign in.
  2. Go to the Profile tab.
  3. Tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm when asked.

Your account and its data are removed right away. This cannot be undone.

Option 2: Request Deletion by Email

If you have uninstalled the App or cannot sign in, email us and we will delete your account for you:

Send an email to info@exploringscholar.com
Subject: App Account Deletion Request
Include the email address or phone number associated with your account so we can find and verify it.

We will verify your request and complete the deletion within 30 days. We may contact you to confirm your identity before deleting the account.

What Gets Deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove:

  • Your profile (name, phone number, email, and login credentials)
  • Your saved student profiles
  • Your course registration records
  • Your messages and any attachments you sent through the App
  • Your billing and transaction history in the App
  • Your notification tokens

What We May Keep

We may keep a limited set of records that we are required by law to retain, such as financial records needed for tax and accounting purposes. These are kept only for the period required by law and are then deleted. Any information we keep for these purposes is not used for any other reason.
