We are one of the most established tutoring schools in North York and the Greater Toronto Area. From Grade 1 through university, we work with students who want to go further.

We started with a straightforward premise. Good teaching changes outcomes. That sounds obvious, but it is rare to find a school that is genuinely built around it.
We are based in North York and serve students from elementary school through university. Students come to our campus in person or join online from across Canada, the United States, and internationally. Over 20 years, we have built a reputation for consistent results and for instructors who care about the students they work with.
The name reflects how we think about learning. We are not here to drill students on the right answers. We are here to help them figure things out.
We serve families from across the GTA, including a large Chinese-Canadian community.
A significant part of our student body comes from Chinese-Canadian families in North York, Markham, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, and Mississauga. North York is one of the most diverse communities in Canada, and we have built our school to reflect that. Our customer service is available in multiple languages so that parents from all backgrounds can get the information they need comfortably.
We understand the academic goals that matter most to families in this community: AP and IB excellence, competitive math and science results, and admission to top universities in Canada and the United States. That has been our focus since we opened.

How we think about learning
Focus on method, not memorization
We teach students how to approach a problem. Once they understand the logic behind something, they can handle questions they have never seen before.
Get there first
Students who see material before school introduces it have time to sit with it and actually understand it. By the time a test comes around, it is not new anymore.
Different students, different approaches
We do not have a single program that everyone goes through. We look at each student and figure out what actually makes sense for them.
What our students have achieved
Our students have earned top marks on AP and IB exams, placed in international math competitions, and gained admission to universities across North America.
